Design review using BIM 360 Mobile App

Module overview

Learn how a construction process can be completed with minimum disruption. It is important not only to make the latest and greatest construction documents available onsite, but also to have the ability to perform a design review onsite. The BIM 360 App for mobile devices provides this functionality, giving field personnel the tools required to convey the site information back to the office and design teams.  In this module, you learn how to download and install the BIM 360 app on a tablet device. You then log on to a BIM 360 project to access and review the data. Finally, you learn how to section the model and perform various types of measurements. 

This module takes approximately 20 minutes to complete. By the end of the module, you should be able to:  

  • Download and install the BIM 360 mobile app.
  • Access the BIM 360 project on the BIM 360 mobile app and review the BIM data.
  • Section models and perform measurements using the BIM 360 mobile app.
