A BIM execution plan (BEP) involves everything previously studied in this course:

Project stages
Levels of detail (LODs)
Project structure
BIM teams
BIM standards
Information extraction (export and import)
Quality control workflow

These components all need to be considered in order to understand the project lifecycle of an AECO project involving BIM.

It is your turn now to interpret these components for your own fictional project that you defined in the previous exercises. Consider your own team and organization to determine the best methods of managing the BIM strategy. This all cumulates in the BEP.

Creating a full BEP is beyond the scope of this exercise; however, you can still think about what is involved and complete the initial planning for the BEP.
