Duplicate, edit, and resend Playlinks

00:09

If you need to replace assets,

00:11

add or remove participants, or otherwise make changes to an existing playlink,

00:16

you can do so easily using the playlink edit function.

00:20

Any active or draft playlink can be edited in real

00:23

time with or without triggering notifications to the playlink participants.

00:29

To edit a playlink, first open the playlink panel,

00:32

then select the playlink and click on the edit button at the bottom.

00:37

From there,

00:37

you can change any of the settings, add new users, remove existing users,

00:42

add or remove assets, and more.

00:45

Once you're happy with your changes, click the options tab,

00:49

then click next to view the overview

00:52

and click the save button.

00:54

If you're editing a playlink that has already been sent,

00:57

your changes will be instantly reflected on the

00:60

recipient's end without any additional notifications going in.

01:04

The only exception is if you add a new recipient,

01:07

in which case a notification will be sent to them automatically

01:11

so that they're aware that content has been shared with them for review.

01:15

Note that it will only be sent to the new recipients

01:18

and not the recipients who are already on the playlink.

01:22

If you do want to notify other recipients about your most recent changes,

01:26

you can use the resend button at the bottom of

01:29

the playlink panel to notify the entire distribution list,

01:33

or use the resend button next to a recipient's

01:36

name to only resend the notification to that individual.

01:43

If the same playlink needs to be sent out to a different distribution list,

01:48

or you simply would like to make a copy of an existing playlink,

01:51

you can use the duplicate button to make an exact copy.

01:55

You'll be able to customize the copied playlink however you'd like

01:58

before you send it in.
