Gain access through Flow Production Tracking

Step 1: Set up permission settings

Flow Generative Scheduling has its own app in Flow Production Tracking. By default, the admin role is the only role with permissions to see the Generative Scheduling app.

From the Admin menu, under Manage Apps, admins can control who has access to view Generative Scheduling.

Users with permission to see the Flow Generative Scheduling app will see it in the Apps drop-down menu in the global navigation. They can use this menu entry to navigate directly to Generative Scheduling.

Step 2: Access Flow Generative Scheduling

Users with permission to view the Generative Scheduling app in Flow Production Tracking will be able to:

• Establish a connection between Generative Scheduling and a Flow Production Tracking site.
• Import schedules from Flow Production Tracking into Generative Scheduling.
• Export proposed start dates from a schedule scenario in Generative Scheduling back into Flow Production Tracking.
