Edit which fields are visible on a page

Which fields are displayed on a page can be customized by users.

Add a field to an entity page in list view

There are several ways to add or remove a single field as a column on a list page.

1. From the column headers, select the Insert Column button on the right side of the column headers and choose the field from the list. Visible fields display a checkmark to the left of their name.
   
   
   
   
2. From the column headers, right-click any column header and select Insert Column. Choose the field from the list. Visible fields display a checkmark to the left of their name.
   
   
   
   
3. From the page navigation menu, select Fields and choose the field from the list. Visible fields display a checkmark to the left of their name.
   
   
   
   

There are several ways to add or remove multiple fields at once from a list page.

1. From the column headers, select the Insert Column button on the right side of the column headers and choose Configure Columns. Select or deselect all of the desired fields and select Apply.
2. From the column headers, right-click any column header, select Insert Column, and choose Configure Columns. Select or deselect all of the desired fields and select Apply.
3. From the page navigation menu, select Fields and choose Configure Columns. Select or deselect all of the desired fields and select Apply.
   
   
   
   

Add a field to an entity page in detail view

To the right of an entity thumbnail, important fields about an entity can be displayed.

Fields can be toggled on and off by hovering over the fields and selecting Configure fields...

To add or remove fields, users can select the checkbox of the field the want to add or remove.

Below, a user has added the Assets checkbox on the left. The Assets field now appears on the right.

Selecting Update Fields will add or remove the selected fields from the top display of the entity detail page.

Fields added to an entity detail page will be added to all the detail pages of the same entity within the same project.

Add a field to an entity page in thumbnail view

Each card on an entity page in thumbnail view can display an endless number of fields.

To add or remove a single field from a thumbnail card, select Fields in the page navigation menu, and choose the field from the list. Visible fields display a checkmark to the left of their name.

To add or remove multiple fields from a thumbnail card, select Fields in the page navigation menu, and choose Configure Layout.

Select or deselect all of the desired fields and select Apply. All selected fields will be displayed on the thumbnail card.
