Add users to Autodesk products

Add users individually or in bulk to give them access to Autodesk products and services.

invite them individually or import them in bulk.

To add users, first sign into Autodesk Account.

Then, from the navigation menu, under User Management, select By User.

This opens the User Management by User page.

Click Invite Users.

The Invite users dialog displays.

Here, choose to invite a single user or import a list of users to invite.

From the Invite Single tab, enter the name of the person you wish to add and their email address.

If you have groups already created, you can assign users to a group as well.

To invite several users at once, open the Import tab.

Here, upload a CSV file already formatted.

The CSV can contain up to 5,000 users, with one line per user.

Provide three columns for each user’s first name, last name, and email address.

Any users already invited will be ignored.

After entering a user’s information or importing a CSV, click Send Invite.

If uploading a CSV, you can continue working while the file uploads.

Invited users receive a confirmation email with a link to create an account with their own email and password.

Bulk assigned users do not receive invitation emails.

A user’s account status will be pending until they accept the invitation.

Note that users will not have access to products or services until assigned, which is a separate process from inviting users.

The invited user has 7 days to access their account via the link in the email invitation.

If the time has lapsed, resend an invite by returning to the User Management by User page,
