In this video, we'll cover how to invite others to join your Workshop XR projects.

Let's dive in and learn how to make your design journey collaborative.

First, open Workshop XR in your browser and select a project to open its details panel.

Click on the vertical 3 dots next to the name of the workshop you are adding members to.

Next, select Permission Settings.

A details panel will open where you can see who has already been added and what their permissions are.

Simply click the Add button

In the pop up, you can search for any project members from your ACC project to add to this specific workshop or enter an e-mail.

This is also where you can select the members' permission levels.

Finally, click Add to invite them.

Please note the ability to create, edit, and manage issue data within any workshop

is dictated by the users issue permissions in ACC

and not by their permission level within the workshop.
