Create an exploded view in Fusion

In this activity, you will learn how to add an exploded view to your drawing.

Prerequisites

• Activity 4 is complete.

Steps

1. Create an Exploded View.

   Drawings can also contain the Exploded Views created in the Animation workspace.

   1. From the Create Toolbar, select Base View.

      The Drawing View dialog opens.

   2. In the Drawing View dialog:

      • set the Representation to Exploded View.
      • set the Style to Shaded.
      • set the Scale to 1:3.

   3. Click on the top right quadrant of the sheet to place the view.

   4. Click OK to generate the exploded view.
