Insert components and duplicate components with joints attached

In this stage of the project, you’ll use your knowledge of creating components and using the Move/Copy tool to create duplicates. You will learn one way to implement the Duplicate With Joints tool to make the process of copying components and subassemblies much more efficient.

After completing this section, you’ll be able to:

• Switch activation of components as joints are applied to control relationships in an assembly.
• Insert new components to create subassemblies.
• Duplicate components in an assembly with joints attached to them.
