Autodesk incident response

Our Cyber Threat Management and Response team detects and mitigates security incidents.

Detect early, respond swiftly

Autodesk continuously monitors for suspicious activity and takes corrective and protective measures when a threat is identified.

Monitor and gather intelligence

Autodesk employs visibility tools, relies on security analyst expertise, and gathers internal and external intelligence to defend against threats.

Contain and remediate

We deploy cross-functional teams to eradicate threats, validate successful removal, and adjust our defenses to prevent similar future incidents.

Notify and advise

If a security incident, vulnerability, or patch requires your attention, we publish security advisories. With more sensitive matters, we may inform customers directly.

How we manage incident response

Autodesk has a comprehensive approach to security incident response. A security incident occurs whenever there is impact to the confidentiality, integrity, or availability of Autodesk’s or customers’ data. Our Cyber Threat Management and Response team conducts investigations and helps determine the appropriate response, including timely and consistent communication with our customers.
