    Description

Construction is the backbone of civilization. From the dawn of time, humans have been building things. The construction industry has a reputation for not embracing or accepting new ideas and business practices. The goal of this session is to dispel this myth and these stereotypes. Autodesk University has always been a safe place to discuss diversity and inclusion. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, the speaker is proposing a roundtable discussion on how LGBTQ+ people can be better represented in construction and the construction industry. We'll also discuss safety factors on the job site.

    • Learn the importance of being genuine at the jobsite—don't lie to people.
