- Allison ScottAs a “technology translator” and seasoned innovation manager, Alli leads construction thought leadership and customer marketing worldwide as a part of the Autodesk Construction Solutions team, helping customers to harness the power of innovation and activate customer success into powerful stories that transform the way we design, build and operate. Prior to this role, she supported the national Innovation group of Skanska USA's construction division helping to investigate and integrate game-changing tech like virtual design and construction technologies, wearables, IoT/sensors, and drones onto the jobsite. Alli cultivated her career working in disruptive technology as a go-to-market specialist for renowned inventor and futurist Ray Kurzweil, and spent six years in architecture, where she shaped niche services for energy-efficient data center design during the advent of cloud computing. Alli holds a BA in Theatre and Arts Management from Emerson College and an MBA in Innovation and Design Management from Suffolk University’s Sawyer Business School.
- EHElizabeth HARPERGHD’s Chief Information Officer (CIO), Elizabeth Harper, leads a global team of 300 IT professionals across 10 countries. The team supports GHD’s engineers, architects, environmental scientists and related consultants in delivering more than 75 different services to clients. Since joining GHD as CIO in 2010, Elizabeth has transformed the company’s approach to Information Systems, leading to improved service delivery, consistency and engagement. As CIO, Elizabeth says she is closer to being a client service manager than a technologist. She says to enable GHD’s continued development it is fundamental to understand and participate in the business, embrace the strategy and translate it for the team. GHD’s investment in digital systems underpins its strategic vision of seamless service across a connected global network. Elizabeth has a passion for supporting women in traditionally male-dominated fields such as IT and engineering.

As a business-focused technology leader with infectious energy and enthusiasm Jenny thrives on applying innovation that allows for flexibility and adaptability while driving results. With more than 20 years as a technology leader, she applies a creative mindset to deliver better experiences for people across a variety of industries. Jenny has been at the forefront of encouraging new industry collaborations with a variety of industry partners. Jenny holds a Bachelor's degree in Public & Environmental Affairs from Indiana University - Bloomington and is involved in several construction technology and executive peer groups.
- KSKelsey SteinKelsey Stein specializes in BIM, VDC, and AR/VR services at Skanska. She has over ten years of industry experience in the USA, Australia, and New Zealand. Prior to joining Skanska, she worked on large-scale sports architecture facilities as an architectural designer for Populous. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Drury University with a Bachelor of Architecture and has a Master of International Construction Management from the University of Florida.

- Tauhira AliTauhira Ali is a highly skilled product strategist with more than 14 years of R&D and product design experience. As Milwaukee Tool's Senior Manager of Construction Technology, she explores construction trends and emerging technologies to drive practical, user-focused solutions. Her early product development and roadmap strategy development has impacted physical and digital solutions across every Milwaukee Tool product line. Prior to Milwaukee, Tauhira received a BS and MS in computationally focused Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Tech and Cornell University. She has held R&D positions in the computing, automotive, aerospace, robotics, and public relations industries. In addition to her passion for product development, Tauhira is deeply committed to expanding and empowering all voices within technical industries and has been honored to work closely with FIRST Robotics, the Society of Women in Engineering, and Habitat for Humanity.
- RHRandee HerrinRandee Herrin, Senior Vice President at TDIndustries, is responsible for the oversight of TD’s Houston area new construction operations. Additionally, she is part of TD’s corporate senior leadership team and serves as co-leader of TD’s R&D program and as the captain of TD's innovation team where she works to create value for internal and external customers. Randee also has a passion for increasing diversity and inclusion within the construction industry. As the war for talent continues to intensify, Randee is looking to fill the gap through gender parity. To do this she has developed a program that actively recruits, supports, and trains female craft workers. Currently, Randee serves on PlanGrid’s Customer Advisory Board, Texas Tech University College of Architecture Design Leadership Alliance Dean’s Circle and is a member of the Associated General Contractors Executive Roundtable.
