- LTLaura TalbotAs a member of the ACS Construction Customer Success team, Laura works with delivery teams to turn customer insights into actions through the Voice of the Customer program, eliminating barriers so we can maximize return on investment and accelerate adoption for customers across the ACS portfolio. Laura joined Autodesk in 2016 as a Customer Engagement Specialist for BIM 360. Prior to joining Autodesk, Laura worked for a large commercial general contractor in Operations and Business Development, both domestically and internationally. Laura has a B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley and an M.S. in Civil & Environmental Engineering with an emphasis in Construction Engineering & Management from Stanford University.
