- HMHannah MahfoodHannah Mahfood is a VDC Engineer at DPR Construction. During her 5 years with DPR, Hannah has worked on a wide variety of projects ranging from $1M to $1B across multiple markets including healthcare, hospitality, aviation, and data centers. Starting her career as a project engineer provided her invaluable knowledge of the field conditions that tradespeople face every day in building. As a project engineer, she managed several scopes of work from preconstruction, through submittals processes, procurement, design change, to putting work in place. The challenges she faced from her direct exposure to the field inspired her to grow into the VDC role, where she could implement new technology to drive construction efficiency and innovation. On her current project, she has experienced first-hand the way the virtual world can bring together valuable design and construction knowledge to greatly improve the quality and efficiency of what we build. Hannah earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from San Diego State University with a minor in Sustainability. She is thrilled to continue her VDC career in the San Diego Healthcare construction market, where she feels she is making an impact on the care of individuals in her community.
